How it works
Booking is simple

Send your date, venue, and guest count through the quote form. We usually reply with a tailored proposal within 1–2 business days.
Design your menu
We shape the drink list around your event, from signature drinks and seasonal flavors to menu signage that fits the occasion.
We pour, you host
We arrive an hour before service with the cart, equipment, water, cups, and supplies. When service ends, we handle cleanup.

How much does a coffee cart cost in Seattle?
Two-hour staffed package starts at $400. Pricing varies by guest count. Travel, customizations, additional service hours, and tax may affect the final quote. Packages include professional baristas, Camber Coffee beans, commercial espresso equipment, cups and supplies, setup, service, and cleanup.
What do you need from my venue?
Very little. Our mobile espresso bar is fully self-contained (we bring our own water tanks), so all we need is about 6x6 feet of space and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the cart. We serve indoor and outdoor venues across the Puget Sound, rain or shine.
How many guests can the coffee cart serve?
One barista and cart comfortably serves 50–60 drinks per hour on one machine, which covers most events up to around 100 guests. For larger events or short, high-volume service windows, we add a second barista to keep lines short. We recommend the right staffing and equipment when we build your quote.
What drinks do you serve?
Cafe classics: Lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, and espresso pulled from Camber Coffee's Big Joy beans, roasted in Bellingham. We also serve hot chocolate, chai lattes, and decaf versions of everything, with oat and dairy milks and a range of syrups. See our full drink menu for details.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Edmonds and serve events throughout the Puget Sound, including Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Everett, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, and the surrounding communities. Travel is quoted up front with no surprises.
