Cafecito Sol travels to weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, and the greater Puget Sound. If you're not sure whether your venue falls within our service area, just ask, we're happy to check and let you know.
How booking works
- Inquire. Fill out the form with your event date, headcount, and venue, or send us an email. We'll follow up with a few questions to understand your vision.
- Get a custom quote. We'll put together a tailored proposal based on your guest count, drink menu, and event length. No generic packages, just a plan built around your celebration.
- Confirm your date. Once you approve the quote, a deposit secures your date on our calendar. From there, we handle the details so you can focus on your event.
To help us respond quickly, include your event date, estimated guest count, and venue (or general location) when you reach out. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Popular dates during peak wedding season (May through October) book up fast, so we recommend reaching out at least 2-3 months in advance when possible.
