We arrive an hour before service with the cart, equipment, water, cups, and supplies, then handle cleanup when service ends.

What types of private events do you serve?
We serve birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, baby and bridal showers, quinceañeras, holiday gatherings, celebrations of life, and intimate private events throughout Seattle and the Puget Sound. If people are gathering, we can pour for them.
How much does a party coffee cart cost?
Featured two-hour staffed package is $600. Pricing varies by guest count. Smaller-event packages are available. Travel, customizations, additional service hours, and tax may affect the final quote. Packages include professional baristas, Camber Coffee beans, commercial espresso equipment, cups and supplies, setup, service, and cleanup.
Can the coffee cart set up in a backyard?
Yes. The cart needs about 6x6 feet of level space and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We bring our own water, so no plumbing is needed.
How do you accommodate different guest preferences?
The menu includes espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and chai lattes, with oat and dairy milk. Decaf espresso is also available.
