What does corporate coffee catering cost in Seattle?
Featured two-hour staffed package is $600. Pricing varies by guest count. Smaller-event packages are available. Travel, customizations, additional service hours, and tax may affect the final quote. Packages include professional baristas, Camber Coffee beans, commercial espresso equipment, cups and supplies, setup, service, and cleanup.
How much space do you need in our office or venue?
Our mobile coffee cart needs approximately 6x6 feet of space and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. The cart is fully self-contained with its own water, so we can set up in lobbies, conference floors and outdoor plazas.
Can you handle large corporate events?
One barista serves about 100 guests and prepares 50–60 drinks per hour. For larger crowds or tight service windows, we can add baristas and recommend staffing for the event.
Do you offer custom branding?
Yes. We provide branded cups, custom signage, and personalized drink menus that align with your company identity — popular for product launches, client appreciation events, and brand activations.
