Our family-run coffee cart grew from mornings in Guatemala, where coffee was roasted on a comal and shared with anyone who came through the door.

Coffee marked the start of family mornings in Guatemala. Beans roasted on a comal, then the coffee was shared with anyone who came through the door.
Our family carried that habit of welcome to the Pacific Northwest and built a mobile coffee cart around it. Cafecito Sol brings the same spirit to weddings, offices, and private gatherings.
The name means “little sunshine coffee.” Today, that family tradition shapes the welcome we bring to Pacific Northwest celebrations.

We bring Camber Coffee beans, commercial espresso equipment, our own water, and professional baristas. Setup, service, and cleanup are part of the job.
