Every venue style asks something different of a coffee cart — whether you're booking a historic hotel like the Sorrento or an eclectic space like The Ruins. Here's how we set up for the four most common kinds of Seattle wedding; wherever yours falls, we've planned for it.
Industrial & Loft
For loft and warehouse venues, plan on a 6×6-foot cart footprint and a standard outlet within 50 feet.
Waterfront & Beach
The cart brings its own water and can serve outdoor waterfront weddings when standard power is available within 50 feet.
Gardens & Parks
Outdoor service is available rain or shine. We bring a pop up tent in case of rain. The setup needs about 6×6 feet and standard power within 50 feet.
Woodinville Wine Country
For venues outside Seattle, travel and the service window are included when we build the quote.

Do you provide coffee for both indoor and outdoor Seattle weddings?
Yes! Our mobile coffee cart is designed for both indoor and outdoor wedding venues throughout Seattle and the Puget Sound area. We bring everything needed, including our own water. All we require is to be within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet.

How many baristas do we need for our wedding?
A single barista and cart can comfortably serve 50-60 drinks per hour, which covers most weddings up to around 100 guests during a cocktail hour. For larger guest counts or shorter, high-volume service windows, we recommend adding a second barista to keep lines short. We will recommend the right staffing level when we build your quote.
Can the coffee cart operate at an outdoor or remote Seattle venue?
Yes. The cart serves indoors and outdoors, brings its own water, and needs a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet.
Do you offer a late-night coffee bar for the reception?
Yes. Coffee service can be scheduled for cocktail hour, the reception, late night, or the morning of the wedding.
