Corporate Coffee Services Guide | Seattle

Planning Coffee Service for a Corporate Event
A useful coffee-cart quote starts with four details: attendance, location, service window, and menu. Those choices determine staffing, travel, duration, and any customizations.
Cafecito Sol provides a staffed mobile espresso bar for conferences, offsites, employee appreciation, office celebrations, client events, and product launches across Seattle and the Puget Sound. See the corporate coffee catering service for the full overview.
Start With Attendance and Timing
One barista prepares 50–60 drinks per hour, per barista and serves about 100 guests. A larger crowd or a short coffee break may need additional baristas. Share both your attendance and the time available for service so the quote can recommend staffing.
The cart arrives one hour before service for setup. That arrival time is separate from the hours when drinks are served.
Check the Space and Power
The cart needs about 6×6 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. It carries its own water, so a plumbing connection is not required. Service is available indoors or outdoors, rain or shine.
Before requesting a quote, identify the proposed cart location and confirm that the outlet and service path are available.
Build the Menu
The espresso menu uses Camber Coffee Big Joy, roasted in Bellingham. Available drinks include espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, and mocha. Hot chocolate and chai latte provide coffee-free options, while decaf espresso and oat or dairy milk broaden the menu.
Signature drinks, seasonal flavors, syrups, and custom menu signage can be included as customizations. Branded cups, signage, and drink names are also available for corporate events and launches.
Understand the Quote
Cafecito Sol features a $600 two-hour staffed package. This is a featured package, not the minimum price. Smaller-event packages are available, and final pricing varies by guest count. Travel, customizations, additional service hours, and tax may affect the final quote.
Packages include:
- Professional baristas
- Camber Coffee beans
- Commercial espresso equipment
- Cups and supplies
- Setup, service, and cleanup
Questions to Answer Before You Book
Use this checklist when you request or compare quotes:
- How many guests are expected?
- How long is the service window?
- Where will the cart stand, and is standard power within 50 feet?
- Which espresso, decaf, milk, and coffee-free options belong on the menu?
- Do you want branded cups, custom signage, drink names, or seasonal flavors?
- Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Send those details through the contact page. Cafecito Sol usually replies with a custom proposal in 1–2 business days.
