Coffee service can fit several parts of the day:

One barista prepares 50–60 drinks per hour. Guest count and the length of the service window help determine whether additional baristas make sense.
Plan the Menu
Cafecito Sol uses Camber Coffee Big Joy, roasted in Bellingham, for espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas. Hot chocolate and chai latte are available for guests who do not want coffee. Decaf espresso and oat or dairy milk can also be part of the menu.
Signature drinks, seasonal flavors, syrups, and custom menu signage let you shape the menu around the wedding without inventing a separate drink list from scratch.

Our cart carries its own water and needs one standard 110V outlet within 50 feet, plus about 6×6 feet of space. It can serve indoor and outdoor celebrations across Seattle and the surrounding Puget Sound, rain or shine.
