Our featured two-hour staffed package is $600. This is a featured package, not the minimum price. Smaller-event packages are available.
Final pricing varies by guest count. Travel, customizations, additional service hours, and tax may affect the final quote.
What the Package Includes
Staffed event packages include:
- Professional baristas
- Camber Coffee beans
- Commercial espresso equipment
- Cups and supplies
- Setup, service, and cleanup
The espresso menu can include espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas made with Camber Coffee Big Joy, roasted in Bellingham. Hot chocolate, chai latte, decaf espresso, and oat or dairy milk are also available.
What Changes the Quote
Guest Count
Guest count determines the price tier and helps determine staffing. One barista prepares 50–60 drinks per hour and serves about 100 guests. For a larger crowd or a short service window, additional baristas are available.
Service Duration
The owner-confirmed packages include either two or three hours of service, depending on the guest-count tier. Additional service hours may change the final quote.
Travel
Cafecito Sol is based in Edmonds and serves Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Everett, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, and surrounding Puget Sound communities. Any travel charge is included in the quote.
Customizations
Signature drinks, seasonal flavors, syrups, menu signage, and corporate branding are available. The specific customizations you choose may change the quote.
What the Venue Needs
The cart needs about 6×6 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We bring our own water and serve indoors or outdoors, rain or shine.
